Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Rates for standard we offer free shipping and expedited delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.  Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).  Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. Due to COVID-19 you may experince shipping delays 8-14 days. 

  • Orders shipping from the United States will arrive 8-14 business days.
  • Free shipping on all orders.  

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to addresses within USA. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.

Shipping Confirmation:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
