Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Exclusions:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or magazines).  Personalized or customized items.  Gift cards or downloadable software products.  Items marked as final sale or clearance are also non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team by our Contact Us online form, to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  5. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).  We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.  We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process a replacement or refund.

Exchange Policy:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to our return policy will be reflected on this page.
